and yes, I&#039;ve seen To Live. Numerous times. Most recently a week ago at a friend&#039;s house. I really like it in all its depressing mastery. Zhang Yimou is my favorite Chinese director. Everything he does is beautiful visually, emotionally, and/or spiritually. I&#039;m impressed and slightly jealous that your Junior High was enlightened and broad enough to include it in your curriculum. Arkansas education is clearly inferior to North Carolina if your school and my school could be considered the norm. The first time I saw it was in the International Theatre at BYU. Just for fun. Later I saw it about 5 times for 5 different classes.</description>
