]]> By: betty http://www.mamablogga.com/guest-post-the-real-secrets-of-parenthood/#comment-3639 betty Sat, 15 Sep 2007 16:44:39 +0000 http://www.mamablogga.com/guest-post-the-real-secrets-of-parenthood/#comment-3639 Oh,my does this bring back memories.....yes upchucking.... oh my there is nothing like numblyhearing a foggy m-o-m-m-i-e as you slowly drift back to consciousness in the middle of the night and become aware of words that sound something like I don't feel so w-e----and are promtly covered in vomit, face, hair, as the words register their meaning...You wear this new "outfit"and comfort and clean up the crying toddler(also covered in vomit) plus wonder about your side of the bed and pillow also covered in vomit....as hubby mumbles a little disturbed mumble and fades back to sleep...umm you would either cry for help or clobber him except for the fact he has worked hard all day and just got home a few hours earlier from going to night school , in his efforts to be the best provider he can be....( and did his best trying to stay awake and listen as you mumbled toddler words(the only ones you can seem to think in anymore) in a vain attempt for some adult conversation ) Oh,my does this bring back memories…..yes upchucking….
