It's wonderful when they do happen, but 90% of the time Mom is handling all the different roles involved in parenting and working. I'm feeling pretty mixed tonight on the issue. On one hand I would sure like it if Dad did more on the other hand what do I relenquish that I won't get right back in a week? Hmmm.... Yeah, I often wish those answers actually happened more often.
