My inner [political] compass

I am deeply disappointed in myself. I guess I had it coming.

The Political Compass says I’m….

No, I can’t say it.

Just look for yourself:

Your political compass

Economic Left/Right: -0.88
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 0.67

Okay, for a little interpretation, a negative score on the left/right scale is . . . left. I’m rationalizing it by saying it’s just because (generally speaking) I support the free market, globalization and the arts (even abstract art, but not feces. Ew.). And it’s an economic scale. I always thought I might have “tendencies” in economics, but now it’s confirmed.

At least I’m not a libertarian. Barely. I guess I’m now fully authorized to say that I’m moderate (even though I still think I’m right-of-center).

Is this or is this not a loaded question: “If economic globalisation is inevitable, it should primarily serve humanity rather than the interests of trans-national corporations.” How can you say no?

Take the test yourself to see if you have a dirty little secret, too.
