I think it is one of the things that women frequently struggle with. It goes hand in hand with self esteem. I felt the same way about 2 when i found out i was pregnant and Owen was 11 months old. I felt so incapeable... but if anything its helped me rise to the occasion. The longer it goes the more you figure out... I'm learning most of all to go easier on myself and constantly re-evaluate my priorities/ goals and how my to-do list fits or doesn't fit into that. It's so hard to step back sometimes and be honest about what has to go, and what I really do need. But oh I so feel this way on some days. I think so many of us have been there.
