Well, they did for me anyway. D was a very high-needs baby and it was so hard to remember that "this too shall pass." And it did. I can't say that I really miss those hard days, even though I miss D being a baby. Looking back, it certainly does seem like just a few blinks, and now we have a "big girl" in our house, but at the time . . . yeah, I hear what you are saying.
